Supplies:

Memo Collage Frame (it comes in black & white)
Paper of your choice
Wood letter (initial of your last name, etc)
Mod-Podge
E-6000
Ribbon of your choice
Stickers of your choice
Décor Gems
Making memories Clip-boards
Chipboard Books
Velcro (for pen)
Mini Album book made by Making Memories
Hooks (for your Chipboard book)
Screw (for your clipboard)

Instructions:

1. With your choice of paper measure and cut out paper to fit your frame. Once you have done that you will need your Mod-Podge to adhere your paper to your frame. Let it dry.
2. While your frame is drying you can start on your books.
3. Using the Chipboard books you can Mod-Podge or glue your paper to the Chipboard. I’ve added 3D stickers made by Paper Bliss to my book. On each of the pieces of Chipboard I’ve added a half circle to the side to label each one. This will make it a little more organized for your babysitter. This is a great place to store numbers (relatives, friends, etc.) for your babysitter in case of an emergency.
4. With your clipboard adhere paper to the board using Mod-Podge or glue like we used with the Chipboard books. I’ve used our Mini Album books made by Making Memories to get the cute little lined paper. You can use Card stock if you would like as well. Tie ribbon to the top of the clip.
5. With your stickers to get that 3-D effect you can also use our Glossy Accent. This will take a little while to dry depending on how much you use.
6. To adhere your clipboard to your frame I’ve used my drill and drilled 1 hole for a screw. That way your board isn’t going to come off.
7. To adhere the chipboard books to the frame drill 2 holes in the bottom of your frame. I used hooks and screwed them into my frame.
8. To get your pen to stay onto your frame and not “walk away” I’ve added Velcro to my pen and on the frame. That way when the babysitter needs to write notes they don’t have to look for one.
9. I’ve added a picture to the middle frame and on the other 2 I’ve added a schedule so if the babysitter has any questions about what time they go to bed, eat, etc. its right there.

This is an organized for a babysitter and just in case they forgot some of things that you told them, it’s right there for them written down. This is a good place to leave notes and emergency numbers just in case. Have fun creating your Babysitter 411!
