PET WEEK - Scrapbook Layout - Yolie

Greetings! This is Yolie from JustYolie, JustCreate!

This was a challenge as I don't have pets, not even a pet rock.  I did mange to find photos of Dulce with Cappuccino.  Cute right!?  I went searching for layouts online and this layout inspired my page.

I used Deja View Cat's Life kit, yeppers a cat kit.  It works, no?

The green polka dot and tan striped paper are by Colorbok.

I cut the 'Bestfriend' title from Paper Pups Cricut cartridge, ran through my Xyron upside down so that the adhesive is on top of title.

I sprinkled Martha Stewart glitter....ooohh glitter!

The puppy is from Paper Pups and the cutie is from Everyday Paper Dolls Cricut cartridges.  I cut the flowers from the pattern paper, added buttons from my stash and floss. The brown striped ribbon is by American Crafts.

 

Here's a close up of the cutie.  Her dress is from Cosmo Cricket, Earth Love.  I stamped her face with Peachy Keen's, Everyday Character faces.  I used Sakura white pen to color in the white of her eyes.  I also used EK Success chalk to give her some blush cheeks. :)

I used Amy Chomas mini marker holder to draw "cappuccino" directly on my page.  I used a mini black Sharpie and replaced the blade housing with the marker holder.  I love that you can write anywhere on your page!
