Good Thursday to all you crafters. For today's Try it Thursday, Brett shows how easy it is to make a Halloween garland, with lights, halloween picks, bows and your basic black garland. If you don't have a black garland, you can also take the traditional green garland and spray it black using black floral spray paint.
The garland was simple to do and only took about 1 hour from start to finish.
